Health Change Associates works with partner organizations to deliver training in the HCA Model of Health Change to individual health practitioners and organizations globally.

Health Change Australia / Health Coaching Australia

Health Change Australia, in association with Health Coaching Australia is the Australian-based training arm of Health Change Associates and has been a leader in defining and developing health coaching professional practice and training in Australia.

Health Coaching Australia was incorporated in 2003 following a successful funding bid through the Rural Chronic Disease Initiative from the Department of Health & Ageing to run the Kangaroo Valley Health Community Project. Following this, alongside Deakin University, Australia's first health coaching professional development program for health professionals was developed.

Since 2006, Health Coaching Australia itself has trained over 3,000 health practitioners in introductory workshops. These clinicians have included general practitioners, nurses, dieticians, diabetes educators, exercise physiologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and psychologists, and have come from private practice, community health organizations and health service providers (including participation in a number of major public health programs).

Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation

The Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation is transforming cancer care in Eastern Ontario with the opening of the country's first Cancer Survivorship Centre empowering survivors to be active participants in their health and well-being through and beyond cancer.  Services at the Maplesoft Centre are available without referral and without cost to those diagnosed with cancer, their families and caregivers. Through individual and group coaching, tailored programs and relevant workshops individuals come to discover their personal needs and concerns, gain new knowledge and understanding of the impacts of cancer, and identify and select strategies that are customized to their unique situation. The Cancer Foundation's Maplesoft Centre offers a safe and welcoming environment that encourages the exploration of options and where the survival of integrity, autonomy and dignity are always possible.
